Berlin Summit on Education

Florian Schneider and others have organized a non-aligned summit on open education. It is taking place May 24-28 in Berlin.

They have made a good effort to involve those who cannot attend, and there seems to be timely posting of speeches, papers, etc. and they plan to have real time interaction as well as streaming audio.

The themes seem to tie in well with what is planned for Dubrovnik, and there are some attendees like Lawrence Liang who will be at both events. He is helping with a public declaration as a summit outcome.

Thanks for your contribution Steve! It would be interesting to compare the outcomes of these two events, and how the discussions overlapped and what differed... Maybe another blog post about this here after the Summit? ;)
