Why not bring Wiki, Creative Commons, Public Domain content together and make it available for broadcast through a wireless network to a device with unlimited channels ?

A couple of months back this thread started on a last FM's forum. Today I noticed that last.fm in conjunction with Mozilla is sponsoring an event that celebrates five years of Creative Commons.

Would be nice to see Australian artists able to upload content to the JJJ unearthed website using a creative commons non-commercial license. Why it's a good idea ? This would create a stream of content that could be broadcast tonon-profit organizations and public at no cost for use of content to JJJ.
