about:   My background is in anthropology and archaeology, and I co-founded the Alexandria Archive Inst. and have been working for open data, open research and education for the field sciences. I now run a program at the UC Berkeley School of Information. I also lead development of the Open Context project for open publication of museum collections and field research.
