In web design you can easily drop the embed and object tags for attaching shockwave and flash videos; by simply using the iframe tag.
When converting your videos to these (.swf, .flv) formats pay close attention to the movie's dimensions. By knowing the width and height you can make your life a lot easier, by adding this info into the iframes tag.
